I personally wouldn't fight it if I'm guilty of speeding.Just be careful moving forward.

How are you going to fight a warning? You were speeding, you just admitted to it.

If it is listed as a warning on the Level 3 paperwork there is absolutely no way to DataQ or fight this. Under CSA warnings are unfightable. Law enforcement knows this and are sick and tired of drivers using prepaid legal to get out of legit tickets so they use the warnings feature under CSA to have actual violations stick to the driver for 3 years. Worse than that, companies can see all these violations on the driver's PSP report and are starting to decline from hiring drivers with a bunch of PSP CSA violations.

As they say: suck it up buttercup. If you are going to dance you gotta pay the fiddler. You did the crime so now do the time. I wasn't aware that you could plead guilty to a warning. I thought it was just that, a warning.

You can't plead guilty to a warning, you don't go to court. Perhaps you might want to plead with your company not to fire you for it. Or plead with a prospective employer to give you a chance!
And I have what is likely a dumb question, but is there any way that a warning would show up on insurance? Either the company insurance, or your own policy on your POV?

Can't show up on your state MVR because there is no judgement against you. Your private insurance is not based on PSP scores.
