Call the Interstate Trucker, LegalShield or one of the other outfits that gets a local lawyer to show up in court for you and deal with it.
The only reason I get most jobs is because my CDL is squeaky clean. There is nothing on it so I don't have to do any explaining on job interviews.

Friend had that exact experience.
Cop kept the Franklin and wrote him up.
Being a good friend, I occasionally bring that story up...Last edited: Sep 30, 2020

22 over in a construction zone? Is that what I read?
You apparently don't go for quantity, but you definitely aim for quality.Big_D409, Brettj3876, kylefitzy and 1 other person Thank this. -
Sorry but did anyone else have trouble even reading this ??? Like is it too much to ask for coherent sentences so we can best help the OP ??? Or maybe i just cant read words written in gibberish....
scottied67 and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -
Sorry grammar police, English is not my native lenguaje. -
24mph over, in a construction zone non the less. Alot of states double fine in construction zone.
There is a paper trail with exact detail even if cop didn't throw the book at you. As the members have said, get legal advice. If the 24mph over goes on your record, that is a major violation. It will be money well spent if your lawyer can get violation reduced.
Ps, I don't care what you were driving, what the bell were you doing, going 24 over??? Cop should have thrown you in jail for driving to endanger, reckless driving etc.Last edited: Sep 30, 2020
