With a regular car license you still have your vehicle whatever it was remanded to the ownership of the state.
It's like trying to say slightly drunk or falling down drunk. I understand they may have lowered the percentage vs CDL drivers required to be over limit. -

In Maine
First time slap on the wrist 10 days no driving
Second time lose license for 3 months
Third time Lose license for 6 months and must take sobriety class AND have a breathalizer installed in any vehicle you drive. That breathalizer requires you to blow into it every 15 minutes of driving.buddyd157 Thanks this. -
