    So why isn't the spotlight put on the FMCSA? Why does everyone get blame accept for the ones that put the qualifications in place? It's the loose standards that got unsafe drivers on the road in the first place.

    Even though there's loose standards at the FMCSA,best believe the lawyers will contend that the brokers should vet the carriers themselves for their own protection..
