Thanks for your advice brother. I’m pretty sure senior drivers will get better runs at first but that comes with the territory and I’m ready for it. I usually don’t expect much from companies that has been my secret for being happy and lasting long at all the companies I worked for in the past.

Started p&d myself, 2 weeks in. Love having weekends off at home. Enjoy the new gig, definitely getting the floater and bs runs. Day goes by real fast though. Dont mind shifting all day and the clutch is never heavy, not even in traffic! Getting paid when the wheels dont spin.

How do bid runs work there? Lifetime, or every 6 months? -
