after months of reading and browsing I ditched my pickup truck and 3 car trailer.
I listened to the gurus on here and decided to start as a company driver.
So far it’s going great doing my second week with them.
I know the work won’t be easy but it’s a good start in the industry.

Thanks for all the info provided here.

I second what Jeff said about taking your time, don’t ever rush and cut corners.
Everyone picks it up at a different pace, so don’t give up if you struggle at first. Once you get a good routine you will load/unload quicker and that will help you make more money. If you run the road you will learn where to go to maximize your backhaul and earning potential.

If you were an owner op mover, you got this car haul thing. Give it a year or so, learn the trade and you will be an owner op car hauler if that is your goal. In my biased opinion you are at the best company to be a successful owner op, if that is the path you wish to take.

That’s exactly my future plans with HA, I’m saving up for a down payment for a brand new hauler. Hopefully in a year or two I’ll be back to be what I’ve always been, just with cars.
    Thanks
