    Happy holidays everybody. I'm headed home for a week off. Been out since November 6th.. really don't have any complaints. My miles have been at 3000 all but two weeks since I started this thread.

    Well back after a week off for Christmas. First load out deadbeat from pittsburgh pa to Chambersburg pa. Got loaded Friday. To Portland Oregon two stops. Some one please turn off winter.

    Sounds like you are doing well there at Holland Jeff, they are at the top of my list for my next company. Do you pretty much run the same routes or do you go all over. With 2.5 years experience what would starting pay be around. Do you pretty much run the same routes or are you all over the lower 48 ?What kind of bonuses do they offer..i get almost none where I am now.

    We go all over. I just picked up in Salem Oregon going to port Orange Florida. We get bonuses for safety and fuel quarterly. They vary depending on how well you do with mpg. We also get a yearly for all miles run. I have no idea what starting pay would be for you. But I do know that they will offer higher cpm and no bonus. Or lower com with all bonuses.

    If you look a couple of pages back in this thread another driver spelled out the pay structure pretty well.
