Easy fellas. I didn't start this thread for arguments. Anyway, first day of orientation was boring but that is to be expected. Second day we did log class and went on the road for the first time. My only complaint is I have been shifting these transmissions for nearly 4 years straight now and everything I am doing is "wrong" according to Schneider. I think learning the "Schneider way" is going to be alot more difficult then the job lol

I fear no man nor repercussions from being professional.
My truck number was posted because of these reasons and to give anyone who would like knowledge a chance to obtain it if they see me out on the road.
Guess point being in a nut shell????
I AIN'T SCARED!!! LOL -

When I first started, I had problems with Schneiders trucks, with the shift points being so low on the rpms. Then I got used to it and then went to a company where the shift points were back to 1500-1700 and I have to convince them that I didn't lie on my app and that I had driven before.
So embarrassingPXI Incorporated, mickeyrat and 91B20H8 Thank this.
