I had to wait for him since he had to come from where his last load was. Side note: They give you some preference on what kind of trainer you want. Smoking vs non smoking specifically, which is good. Another good thing I think is the trainers are paid a salary instead of theirs and your miles, so they&#039;re more motivated to train you instead of run you. Anyhow, I got my payroll sheet and they&#039;re starting me at 31 cpm, 32 after hazmat comes back. We have some slightly expensive benefits imo but from what I hear from family it&#039;s that way everywhere now with Obamacare and the economy. </p><p>Summary: I have no complains so far, We&#039;re being ran well, the trainer is very friendly and knows what he&#039;s doing, everybody in the company is friendly to one another and professional.
