I wasn't talking about you. I just flew off the handle a little bit. Apologies all around.

One time at the West Memphis yard there was a guy in his twenties that had just got fired and before he worked at USA Truck he had been kicked out of the Army and he was on his way home to Indiana and he was trying to get into a fight before the cab arrived.

I'm going to try to keep things positive in regards to the other drivers. They have some good hands there. Terry Webb's name comes to mind. Are they going to give the drivers the chance to turn that company around?

I think that if the upper management gets their collective heads out of their back sides maybe the drivers and the other support personal can get things back to something approaching normal. IF things there does turn around it WILL BE the drivers that did it! I'm pulling for each and every one of you! I know how it feels to have uncertainty about your job and it's future. I too saw a driver at the (now closed) Spartanburg Yard get fired and the terminal manager had to call the police because he was not going easy. I agreed with his point, but totally disagree with how he handled himself.

Hey I appreciate the acknowledgement and apology accepted with no hard feelings. I'm sure you just needed to vent. I've had days like that too. You are right to an extent though. There are some serious turds working at this company. They do tend to hang around terminals too.

I am going to go with USA but going through Driver Solutions C-1 school.KCMAV I wanted to know did you have your CDL already or did you go through C-1,because according to Driver Solutions C-1 you agree and sign a 1 yr. contract to drive for USA or Pam Transport for paying for your school to get your CDL.

Ok, unless they have changed policy and not told their trainers, you must be out a minimum of 175 driving hours with a trainer. Then if the trainer believes you are ready to upgrade and can drive safe by yourself and do what is required, then he/she will send or take you in for upgrade. Not before. The first w weeks are spent driving sharing the same 14 Hour clock, then you will if the trainer feels you are ready, run team for the remainder of the time. Call recruiting for more info.
