I worked for RR&D Enterprise LLC as a commercial driver and completed assigned loads in good faith. Unfortunately, I was not paid wages owed for my work, totaling approximately $3,500.00.
I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with the company, but was not provided payment or a clear resolution.
Based on my personal experience, I would advise other drivers to proceed with caution and make sure all agreements, pay terms, and payment timelines are clearly documented in writing before working with this company.
I am sharing this to help other drivers make informed decisions.
