The fat effeminate safety director, Ray, constantly cusses the f word and is a useless pos that schmoozes around with the equally effeminate owner, Tod. The pay is crap. They pay 24 percent of the load which only comes out to 34 cents per mile. Their load pickups, which is mainly either water or pallets, are always days late when you get them. The dispatch is nasty. This guy Tim S is like a twisted ###hole full of nasty remarks and accusations. Many drivers quit because of him. They pay no deadhead miles and will have you deadheading a hundred miles or more. They will also have you taking empty trailers from one place to another with no pay-free work.
