Team or Solo ? Who is dispatcher ? This sounds unusual. I'm home whenever I ask lots of miles and great support. Even if you get stuck there is a $1000 per week guarantee per driver. It has been my experience that if you work you get treated very well.

There were several on this board that are or was there, and last I knew they were happy. The one who left is sitting in a big chair now running trks for another company

 

The sad truth is that as the company expands the quality of new drivers isn't always up to par. New hires wanting a dedicated route on day one. Not wanting to tarp etc. overall a solid company to work for. To put it in perspective I left a local job for this and couldn't be happier.

 

I have friends who team there. Minor issue here and there but nothing major. I think they have been there about 4 years and have no plans of leaving. They are most certainly making good money.

 

Let me add that in that 4 years they have not made it home on time twice.

 

I have been here a little Over a year and a half and I could t be happier. I average 12-13000 miles a month and I'm home almost every weekend. I'm on a normal run to Canada every week but I also never turn down when they need me to do something else. Just gotta be flexible.

 

I had an awesome time there . Enjoyed running ,diverse freight . To me a great company, just don't get involved in a relationship with a coworker
