Swift does not pay company drivers as contracted - notice cents per mile (CPM) and stop pay is not paid accurately. When bringing up the matter with Operational Management and even Corporate, they are unable to process pay.
The company will deliberately and specifically not pay when it is very clear deliveries are completed.
Upon leaving the company, Swift will send derogatory and false information to Driver Facts in an effort to inhibit Drivers from working for their completion.
Do not work for Swift.
Stay away from Swift - the company is inaccurate in regards to pay

Isn’t it sad this thread gets renewed at least once a week and these rip off companies stay in business year after year?

I really think there is some kind of misunderstanding here.
I have a buddy that contracted something and they still paid him, even when he had to go to the doctor for it. They still paid.
All around great company as far as I can tell, and probably one of the best lease purchases out there. They even let you put “Leased to Swift” right on the door. How cool is that?! -
p.s. I bit another Swift driver not long ago. Not half bad! Not a Kentuckian, but not bad...
Lonesome, kemosabi49, mjd4277 and 1 other person Thank this.
