I have purchased from Raney's Truck Parts a couple of times. On this last purchase, I bought a fridge for one of my fleet trucks. I bought this fridge because they said it was a direct drop (I aslo bought the mount kit just in case) in if the truck already had a fridge in it, which it did. Anyways, I had it for about 1.5 months as it sat in my shop (still in the shipping box). I finally got the truck in the shop. I opened the box and the mount kit to find that the fridge didn't fit, the mount kit was missing a bracket and didn't even match the fridge that I bought or match the fridge that I pulled out. I sent Raney's a few emails to get this returned. They took FOREVER to respond. They finally gave me the return ticket. I sent it back. Next, I waited for almost another 3 weeks for them to receive and process it. I received an email saying that it was received and being processed, still not refund. I kept emailing them. I finally received an email saying that it was all good. Waited another 2 weeks for the refund. Sent more emails. Not they say that it was damaged and that there was one piece of the mount bracket missing and that they were not honoring the refund. $760. Anyways, rant over. Take this for what it's worth. Never buy from this company!!! I hope no one falls into this issue.
