Celadon, $10,000 per year. Yup, sounds about right. Just say no to L/P.

I knew what you meant, but $10,000 is more accurate.

Apparently teams don't even get miles. I spoke with a husband and wife team last night at the Flying J in Wytheville, VA. They were doing their final load with TLI. I was told they averaged around 3700 miles per week. Solo miles on a team truck. TLI is nothing like it used to be when I was there in 2004.

Crazy..... It's a numbers game. As much as they can push off on you they will.

    Thanks for the info.

On several occasions different members have said that they felt coerced. I wish people would read this information and considerate it as true instead of thinking that there are the "special one" that's going to change the mentality of the entire industry.

Let this be a warning to the next person . image.png into signing leases.

Not necessary, steer away from bs leases. Welcome to reality. Work hard! You lease you better concider all life plans. You have a house now you're paying for 2 houses. Nothing wrong in becoming more independent. Don't be scared of more responsibility. Grow up!! If trucking is your desired career. Let's stick with it and move forward.
