stay away from Trojan Horse Ltd

I agree Trojan Horse, Glen Burnie Hauling, Capital Expressways they all are own by the same #######. not very professional at all. Pay is good but bad company to work for do not trust them with your livelihood they will hire you and fire if they simply don't like you. Invest your search elsewhere.

 

They are theives, They owe me U.S customs fee's and otherreimbursements from Aug 2012, they also owe me over $12.000 in my 401k along with all the other drivers they've ripped off, your probably managment so you should know first hand..

 

I worked for them startin in the beginning week of February, quit after a month of work. Impossible to get a hold of supervisors, wasn't given schedules. "Ten hour layover" turned into 20+ sitting in nj. Still haven't received any pay. Calling the postmaster Monday, filing with labor board as well. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

 

well lets see i was at trojan horse from 2009 until recently they are suppose to put our health and welfare money into our 401k but they havent put any money in it since jan 2012 owe me over $10.000 they have been having checks bounce off and on for the last six months so be truthful with people when they ask about this chicken #### outfit matter of time before it goes down i would stay away from them if i were you was a good job for awhile

 

Which is precisely why, I wonder, would anyone want to work for a company named after an invasion tool and computer virus. Third time is not always a charm.

 

My hubby just found out the hard way with this company. As of yesterday 05/15/13 they are no longer. We have yet to get his paycheck and drivers are stranded all over right now with no fuel. No one will answer at home office and Mr Brian Hicks is no where to be found! He has approx over 300 employed drivers without paychecks and loads of US mail undelivered. He owes millions that was taken out of pay for 401k. The only advice we are getting is go to your local dept of labor and start a case and see where they can get you. Not only is our family now in a rut but hundreds of others are as well. We can't touch the 401k to help us get through til something can be done because they need a letter of seperation....can't get that when you can't locate the owner

 

I'm the driver for trojan or tinks husband. All the people asking about the money don't worry the hicks are living the good life with it. To the guy marsh who defends the Hicks family come face me and and defend them. Stay away all. Oops it don't matter they are done.

 

what is our recorse to getting money from the 401k?

 

The name Trojan Horse should be a clue right off the bat that something might be wrong.

 

My reporter friend called Trojan Horse and a woman answered the phone and said they're up and running with no problems!
