stay away from Trojan Horse Ltd

I am one of the drivers who have been burned by Trojan Horse Ltd. They owe me 5 weeks of pay, 2 weeks vacation and all of my 401K money which adds up to about $7K. I am having to borrow money in order to get to work. I should have known a few months back when our paychecks were bouncing that this company is a POS. I doubt they will still be operating after this but if they do, I would highly recommend not hiring on with these thieves.

 

In what way do they suck? In every way possible! They left drivers stranded, haven't paid us our earned pay, have ripped off our 401K... in what other way is it possible to suck?

 

Why don't you guys take them to small claims court.You don't need a lawyer.When drivers don't do anything, companies like this and there are many knows they can get away with it and then another poor innocent driver gets burned.

 

I am going to take them to small claims court and I'm talking with the federal labor board tomorrow.. whether or not I'll ever see my 5 weeks of pay or any of my 401K remains to be seen.. Trojan Horse and all their other companies are thieves!

 

Well start rounding up all your needed paperwork to nail these crooks.It'll be a long road ahead but well worth the satisfaction if you win.

I know some of these guys.They have been using one of our motel rooms for 5 years.one of them is coming from Michigan to get the stuff from the room.A couple of them seen this coming and got out in time.Good luck guys

 

I did say at one time it was a good job but does not excuse stealing h/w money and thats that

 

No it does not.Truckers work hard for their money yet companies like this continue to steal what money they make.

 

Trojan horse ltd isn't stealing from anyone... The post office owes hundreds of thousand dollars to Trojan horse.. Why don't you truckers call the po and ##### to them and ask them for your paycheck a??? The po is not paying even with the GPS systems.. It's funny how people think they know it all but I'm know Trojan horse and the owner pretty #### good.... Here's a question for u if trojan doesn't get paid by the po how is he suppose to pay drivers??? Again call the PO before putting Trojan horse in the gutter like u are..
