My experience during 1 1/2 year is mostly positive. Granted they do a little more hand holding for experienced drivers than I would like, but they do take safety serious.
Except for the occasional dispatcher that is clueless, as I am sure exists in every company. It's have mostly been a positive experience, so I would recommend it to any newbie in order to get his/hers experience before taking other jobs
