I don't see any issues with the hair...but as far as the misdemeanors go just make sure offer full disclosure and understand that while you may have been qualified enough for a pre-hire to get at ticket to Dallas that your not "officially hired" until after your orientation is done. Your entire application package is reviewed again during that process. Unfortunately, I had a friend who did the whole 3 weeks of school, got to orientation and was then told and incident in his past, which he disclosed already, was going to dq him. I don't have many issues with the company at all and appreciate the opportunities they have given me but I was not impressed with that particular action at all.

If you can go to a cheap community college CDL program, there won't be a problem being hired; many companies will hire you.

Thanks for the info... my recruiter thanked me that i told her in advance rather than h (in her words)er finding it to make things better for her argument need there be if a problem arose... i also know that they do lie... also being that they are self insured, they wouldn't hire petty misdemeanor?
