I didn't read it. Was it pork or beef? Pork scraps are 95% fat and used in pork and beans, fat back and such. Totally useless to the average person.

Well, now they just have to steal a trailer full of Coors to match it up! That's the only beer to go with meat scraps.....

 

When I drove for Stevens, I used to haul "assorted turkey parts" from Louis Rich in SC to Oscar Meyer in the Quad Cities. I once asked what was in the vats. A lady at LR told me it was turkey meat that couldn't be sold as whole turkey or turkey parts, birds with deformities and such. Bon apetit!
