Stuck Enterprises is a petroleum distributor based in PA, WV, & OH area. Based on the reviews in Indeed, they have a high turnover rate despite paying well. Many of the reviews claim that drivers aren’t treated with respect, and often get shorted on requested days off; if they’re short on drivers, you’re told to forced to work after previously being approved to be off. However, they will hire drivers with no prior fuel-hauling experience. If I’m willing to deal with whatever negative drama they throw at me, can I make it for a year or two?
I figure this would be the equivalent of a new CDL grad driving for a mega carrier. “It sucks” is the best way to describe driving for megas, but you do it for a year or two to get your experience in. And even one of the reviews on Indeed says “Get your experience and go elsewhere”. Of course, if they’re so bad to drive for that I end up leaving or getting terminated after only a few short months, that’s no good. So does anyone else know about this company and can it be a good way to get into fuel hauling?
