    The cop was screaming conflicting orders at him. What exactly was he supposed to do? He was freaked out and in his pajamas, and then he was shot and killed. Where was the weapon he supposedly had exactly?

    No, as I recall he was crawling on the floor towards them as ordered and his pajama pants were slipping off so he put his hand back to pull them up and that was when he was shot. Cop said he thought he was reaching for a gun. In his pajamas. While crying.

    Not decade, its been going since the mid nineties at *least* (gulf war 1 gear coming back gave military gear a place to go with people that enjoyed using it), ramped up higher after 9/11.

    No, people have been trying to get the highschool bully/failed jock with a powertrip fireable from the police force because they have no buisness being there. But its a self-selecting profession with countless ways of indemnifying the officer. THATS what needs to change.
