Beginning of Oct., I delivered a few loads for a small local trucking company as an O/O, but quit working for them after a week. Now it's been over a month, i still didn't get paid. Everytime I tried to them, i was told the check was ready, but their office was always closed when i went, and they refused to mail it to me.
Any suggestions on how to get my money back from them?

Start a small claims case in your local courthouse. After they get served, they'll stop dragging their feet.

You're in an OTR truck, right? I'd park it right in front of their office, preferably blocking some parking. Just chill and wait for them to show up.
