You count across the trailer. Neither of those are 19 axles they’re dual lanes but not 19 axle.

I just want to understand something. If it takes weeks or months to get permits and planning moves doesn't mean that truck drivers and operators are sitting idle most of the time waiting on paperwork.

I had an interesting conversation today, I have a question. What’s your involvement in this industry? You seem to show up on occasion to educate us but you know nothing about you. What is it you do?

    cke and Humblepie Thank this.

Nope they’re doing other stuff, that’s the thing the driver might do a move on one side of the country then fly across to do one on the other.

    cke and Oxbow Thank this.

I deal with some setting up of heavy haul trailer configurations. Now not with 19 axles or dual lanes, but I know a little bit of the aspect of them. And I want to note I am not a know it all. I learn just about something new each day.

No I said a dual lane is still a 19 axle I didn’t say the ones in my picture were 19’s I said they’re dual lanes.
Here’s a pretty good diagram of a 19 axle dual lane from Diamonds website. There 3 axles that don’t carry weight when loaded on diamonds trailer but most trailers don’t have them. Doesn’t matter how many tires there are across it’s still an “axle”

And you seem to try get defensive when I make a post. Isn't this site here for people to learn? Not the hard way, but from peoples input and mistakes that have been made? This is not a **** measuring contest here. I do not claim to know it all and never will. I figure if someone makes a post about something and I happen to have experience to give an educated decision and think that someone could learn from it I would like to feel I am contributed in a good way somehow.
