This is dated Dec 3rd 2019, but doesn't mention Superior... makes me wonder if what we were told is true

Is basically looks like that took a new partner to either help with cash flow or to help acquire companies. Like kag did or quality Carriers did.

The the investment group that owns Cobb also owns Dillon.

 

Down in Texas looks like they are bleeding them dry to sell them out again. Behind on tank wash bills and not paying dealers to work on trucks plus losing drivers no a good recipe

 

I just talked to a superior driver at lubrizol in deer park tx, and it seems that whatever investment company owns McDonald’s has bought superior, and this same investment company has ownership in heniff as well, going to call my terminal manager later to see if I can confirm it. If true, maybe they will replace the superior logo with Golden Arches LOL

 

Husband talked to someone at the superior terminal, and was told that it's not finalized yet, but it is the same company that invested in Heniff. Which makes me think that it might be Olympus Partners, the same investment firm that recapitalized Heniff, which was just announced Dec 3rd, 2019. Which hopefully means no one is merging, we'll just keep on being who we are, and doing the same thing we've been doing

Was told by my operations manager that superior and heniff will be merged at some point, but as of right now both companies will operate as normal

 

Wonder how pay scale compares, I'm thinking they're pretty close, but someone will eventually get a hair cut then once they merge. I have a feeling superior will loose its profit sharing contributions to our 401k's, hoping not though. Plus this will be the first year there was no annual raise... hope that isn't something new to look forward too
