SBL (Superior Bulk Logistics) is the parent company that owns Superior Carriers and Carry Transit. So I assume they're also included in the buyout.

 

So does this mean KAG and Schneider will merge to become the biggest?

 

Yes the acquisition is of Superior Bulk Logistics which both Carry and Superior.

 

For Regional and OTR
Percentage pay 27 or 28% not exactly positive, hourly starts at $23.hr
Local starts at $23. Hr with ot after 40
Raises at $1 hr after 1,3,5 years
After 1 year you get 14 vacation days
6 or 7 holidays, saftey bonuses monthly.
For me (local driver)its usually $150-250 a month.
401k with company match, its basically
$25 match for $100, they'll match up to 8% max.
Insurance?.dont use theirs

 

Thank u for posting, the only thing I could find online was from 2014.... Some good, some not as good. Looks like we'll be losing 2 paid holidays... Thanksgiving 2 paid,
Christmas Eve a floating paid day too

My husband finally earned 3 week pd. vacations, hopefully he doesn't lose that.

That's not bad. Not sure how I feel about % pay though. They can be good for short runs but maybe not for longer runs

 

The safety bonus is up to $500 a month
There is mileage figured into it.
So OTR Regional drivers can earn that much

 

Was talking with a gent whose company parks at the tankwash in Charleston. He says there a bunch of Superior tractors at the terminal there that haven't moved in months. That was one of the terminals I had considered applying at
