I will try to give an unvarnished look at Superior Carriers. Basically, I intend to limit my posts to the strictly objective data, and what could be more objective than miles and loading/unloading.
I have been with Superior for about a year. Since that time the common theme has been slow freight. Surprisingly, Superior has continued to hire new (inexperienced, fresh out of school) drivers. The cynics states they keep hiring in anticipation of an exodus of experienced drivers growing tired of 1,300 mile weeks. The optimist thinks management is anticipating an uptick in business. I am somewhere in between.
Note I will only include rounded weekly mileage and the number of loads delivered.
