I call this BS, pharmaceuticals are realizing that they are losing customers to going natural remedies and herbs. Pick your poison, I’ve got mine.

I like how so many people that live such unhealthy lives, drinking and smoking and end up living to be 90, while others try to be so healthy and die at 60. I say when it’s your time to go, you go.

This, also as for suppliments i absolutely belive many of them are toxic as ####. A few years back a good chemist friend of mine was going through a bunch of suppliments for a project that had been ordered. Said he had like 2000 diffrent bottles brands and types of suppliment. Every. Single. One had traces of lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic, cobalt and a host of other garbage. The better brands obviously had way less. But the crap ones often had 3 or 4 times or worse the legal limit. Some of the gas station ones had 100 times or more.

Even the "safe ones" had enough that a few years of taking them would expose you to well north of harmful amounts. And some like mercury sure the actual amount was below concerning levels on its own in the good brands. But imagine you take that for years and it builds up over time or you take a larger or more frequint dose....

    Hard pass on the suppliments.

    All natural here too.

Supplements have a place, but only where and when needed IMO.

Only bloodwork can show where you're lacking, and if a dietary fix is available, that's definitely a better option.

Supplements are not regulated..that should make people think twice but it doesn’t. I wonder how many actually read the disclaimer on the bottle/packaging..they all have one as it’s required by law.

Bloodwork has its limits when it comes to the liver..damage can go undetected..just be careful what you put into your body by vetting the product thoroughly.
