Survey: Electronic Cam/Video Replacement for Truck Mirrors

Hello,
We are two students who created a survey to explore how drivers percieve mirrors in the trucks and the field of view they provide as well as existing warning systems.
This survey is a part of a Master Thesis project and therefore your responses are highly appreciated. It is estimated that the survey requires 10 - 15 minutes to fulfill. All responses are processed anonymously.
