Swift Dedicated - Newbies?

    Does Swift take new drivers out of school for their dedicated accounts or do they make you do some OTR for a few months before you're eligible? Thanks in advance for any info.

    I was going to dollar tree once I was released to solo its full so they are opening new stores they are havinme go.otr
