i was a trainer for swift in 05, the trainees coming out of that school didn't know much... from the course. Swift likes em naive, before they get in the truck. None of the three i got from there knew that the trailer tandems slid
Naturally a new driver can't shift, and corners is something that takes time. But Students got short changed on information that is helpful before hitting the road. i sat in on a logging class once, they "instructor" thought he was doing stand up comedy rather that having students practice filling up logs pages.
i hope that school has changed......
