Many Swifty's in your situation take student drivers until they can find one dumb enough to take over their lease so they can get out of it.

and it can be while before someone else gets suckered into leasing his former truck. it might be Swifts way of "retribution" for breaking a contract.

what's done is done, the BIGGEST question needed to ask the o/p is, "DID YOU LEARN from this, and are you going to ever lease again?"

    what's that old saying?

"to not learn from your mistakes in the past, you're doomed to repeat in the future"?

Maybe you found a loophole, maybe you didn't but I'd be surprised if they missed that.

Listen to the advice, pay hard cash money to a lawyer experienced in contracts, it will be money well spent as either way you'll KNOW where you stand legally.

If you keep paying for it, they will not be in a hurry to find another driver. On the books, it’s being covered.
I won’t bash you. You’re already screwed, just don’t pay them period

I believe when you read your contract, you will discover that you also signed a personal guarantee for the lease. It turns out the leasing company has thought through the entire process and is interested In Covering their exposures.

cant give you any help on this deal, but I wish you luck moving forward.

Jerry Moyes made the Forbes list at $1.5 billion in net worth. I love this country anyone anywhere anytime can make it and make it big $$$$$.

You are contractually obligated to perform for Swift. They give you the papers and you sign them. Then when you go broke and when you leave they send you the bills to continue paying them for the privilege of working for them.

Why did you sign up for this ?

You only lasted 20,000 miles ?
What was your reasoning for signing up for this ?
