    has anybody have any info on the Swift school in Lewiston ID? I'm thinking of going there if the state won't pay for a private school. Thanks in advance for your input

    Hey Tim, what did you decide? I am going to the school in Lewiston ID on June 29. Swift seems to have a pretty good program to help us get our CDL. I too tried to get help from the WIA program, but they told me they stopped funding CDL schools after the first 5 students at the local worksource.

    I haven't heard from the state either way. I haven't talked to Swift yet but probably should. I just got called back to work but I think I'd rather get my cdl. If I don't go back I'll quit getting unemployment. Is swift paying you while training and if so how much and do they have a job waiting for you? Also how long after you talked to them is it taking for you to get into class? If I can get into class soon maybe I'll do that
