You'll make about 400 a week for the 1st 4 weeks, then up to 500 for the last 2 weeks (with mentor). Out west here we have a shortage of mentors. Swift used to give a mentor a .01 bonus for having a trainee and bonuses for miles in a month which they've cut out. Since that took place, many mentors feel it's not worth the extra shop time (gear grinding, etc) to take a student. Swift cut their own throat on that one. I know 4 guys who said no more students because of it.
