    I am starting training with Swift on Monday. Does anyone know if you are automatically hired after training...If not what are the reasons that they wouldn't hire you..

    Pretty much it comes down to if you pass everything and if you have a good attitude. Obviously if you fail either of the drug tests you're immediately out.
