Been told that each Fleet Manager pay's different in Werner and if this is true how do you go about getting a different one? Also, when this one contacted me I was to stay on the I-5 route had it for 9 months now, however now I am being told that about every six months they have to send us to the 48 state route for a month. Feels more and more like I am dealing with a military recruiter. Also, the weekend dispatch does all they can to send us out across the states as well. Anyone out there with thoughts? I know it is good to stay with them a year, mine is almost over.
I doubt the pay scale is any different, however u might get better mileage with a different FM. Once you get some experience there are a lot of better paying companies then werner. I know i used to work for them.
