Have these 2 companies in mind. Im in Central California and want a typical 1-2 week schedule. Schnider has a posting that says hazmat intermodal (drive within CA and NV) Which sounds nice... System Transport is in Spokane WA and has a route that is 2 weeks out however its working the I5 and i dont like driving up in Washington. Ive been there before many times but i dont like the area... also flat bedding is fun as I'm fit and young but being able to drive intermodal to get hazmat experience sounds good also because my main goal is to get into a fuel hauling career later. Would like someone from CA to chime in. Thanks and be safe out there!!

I'm not from California, but if Schneider has what you want with intermodal, then take it.

Schneider intermodal is good work and steady. System/TWT is another grinder with low length of haul slow trucks etc.

I find it hard to believe System will have you out only 2 weeks at a time.
