Even if you almost died of Iron Skillet before, try this one. They found someone who can cook and handcuffed them to the grill.

Buffet has hand carved roast beef on, IIRC, Thursday and Saturday night.

 

Why don’t you post that carved roast Beef with all the trimmings

 

I didn't think to photograph it.

Last time I was in there I asked the waitress, she said roast beef is Thu and Sat.

Havent been back yet on Thu or Sat.

 

That BBQ is not good. Never has been. They cook it too hot and fast. Everything is dried out. I don't like the rub they use either.

I'm not a fan of that iron skillet either. I don't see any difference in it from most of the others
