Not sorry. You stand in a roadway, plan on getting hit. Picket all you want, it's your right. BUT YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO IMPEDE TRAFFIC. Stay off the roadway.

 

The person(s) who were hit can now be fired, and should be. They purposely all blocked the access to the road which violates both the UAW rules for striking and the NLRB regulations for interference of access into and out of the plant.

While the driver can be cited for hitting the person, and of course the idiots who were illegally standing in the way of the truck will sue, the people need to be cited with the two being stuck fired. The others who were part of this group need to be told to go home by the union.

 

The union clown make an a statement we were picketing and such… These idiots act like well we’re on strike so we can block the driveway and be stupid… You play stupid games you can win stupid prizes too
