Good suggestion, they're a pretty good outfit. The only reason I didn't mention them is because their nearest terminals are in Deer Park and Diboll. If OP is willing to commute that far then he will have LOTS of options.

 

Clearly -- your command of Texas geography is better than mine. But....to me....the phrase "central Texas"....is actually pretty vague.

So I thought the above suggestion mite still be ok.
