Tarp pay? (Western express drivers/former drivers only please.)

    What (if any) does western express pay for tarp pay?

    I was reading on here about someone getting paid for a "backing class" what is that exactly ( I'm thinking it's self explanatory - but checking nonetheless) and do you know if they still do it?

    How long is the "securement training " and was it helpful? Any tips?

    (intend on firing these questions to recruiter, but always better IMO to ask you all first!)

    ex driver, tarp pay was 15.00
    load securment was 3 days, good if you have never done flatbed. If you havent done faltbed, ASK FOR A TRAINER, yes is a nother month before you get a truck but it will be better for you.
