Does anyone know anything about TAS Trucking out of Clinton, OK? They haul drilling mud and some equipment/parts/etc. out to the oil rigs in OK, TX, PA, and WY, with mostly pneumatic and flatbed trailers.
They flew me into OKC last Monday, put me up in a hotel, and I spent the week riding (and driving) with different drivers on various types of runs (bulk pneumatic, flatbed with pallets, fb with equipment). All in all, I can't think of anything bad to say about them. Great feel to the company--everyone wants to know all about you, but they are very open about themselves as well, both personally and professionally. Management is very transparent with their drivers, letting them know what's going on, and seeking input as well. Surprised the heck out of me when they asked me what I thought of their 'training week', and surprised me more when I found I had nothing bad to say about it!
In short, my opinion, if you have the opportunity to drive for TAS, do it.
No matter what you do stay away from the PA operation unless you don't mind working with sex offenders. .
Scott Tupper who is thier manager out there in PA is a sexual predator, was convicted for chassing after little girls.
Can't stand being around those sick people let alone working with or for them..
If don't belive me go to PA sex offender registry and searh his name he lives outside watsontown PA his pic is even on there..
So Reap, since you seem to know exactly what happened in the case that says he was arrested for "unlawful contact/communication with a minor", what exactly happened? Did he know the age of the person before or after he got arrested or was it someone saying they were older and lying? Sounds like it was thru phone or internet, which one was it? Was it a girl or a boy he was chasing with his phone or keyboard? And my last question is who else are sex offenders at Pa TAS since you used offenders?
