Tax Credit for Hire/Training exchange: Incentives for New Driver bringing a check to the party?

@Numb - I hear you. Speaking from a recent similar personal experience, I feel your biz start-up pain. @Toomanybikes - thanks for your input. I'm not sure we're talking about the same thing (since they are called target groups for a reason). But, if the bulk of the remainder of the low general unemployment figs are specifically vets (or other target group folks) who are specifically looking to get into trucking, then you've given me something to consider/research. I'm learning as I go...
