Cell phones bills have to be pro-rated. They have to figure out the % of the business calls versus personal calls and then take that % off the bill. What is left is what they can deduct.
A lot of major phone carriers will also give you 8% off your bill for being a professional driver. You have to contact them and they will give you a form to fill out.
If you claim Per Diem, KEEP copies of your logs. In 2011 I got audited for 2008. I was required to submit logs to show I was on the road.Killer60148 and scottied67 Thank this. -
