Team Company Wanted: split pay, not miles

Look into Panther Expedite,Express-1,Tri State and Fed ex Custom Critical,Panther required 6 months for T/T for S/T no exp needed,Tr state required 6 months for S/T not sure about T/T and Express -1 6 months for S/T but 2 years exp for T/T.Fed ex required 6 months for S/T but I think its only 1 year for T/T.Ill clean my box didn't know it was full lol!

 

Split pay only makes sense for teams, otherwise one driver can get shorted if he/she happens to be the one on duty at the stops. When I was running team, dedicated run, the driver that started the trip was always the driver on duty when we made our stops. But a .44 split kind of sucks, if everyone has at least a year look into FedEx, most of their runs are closer to .50 or better
