    System Transport based in Washington uses teams and hires new CDL graduates.
    Watkins & Shepard is the same.

    Check WSE Transportation in Boise, ID; they hire new CDL grads but not sure about teams, ask them about teams.

    Thank you! System Transport is one I've been looking at. Not sure yet if will be team driving or going solo, but it's a new possibility that I wasn't originally considering. I appreciate all your advice on my previous posts as well. :)

    Rinchem out of Albuquerque. I know a couple that went to team for them, good good money hauling hazmat. I know they pay double on hot loads. They don't really have a payscale you would have to deal with the owner for that.

    System doesn't use team drivers on their NW regional fleet. OTR only as far as I know.
