    LTL companies like ODFL require their drivers to have hazmat and tanker endorsements.

    i just now looked at this more closely. so based on the old system (which is the one you guys are on) a team would start at 40 cpm or 42 cpm with hatmaz, then total 8 cents (16 for both) from monthly and quarterly bonus, plus 2 cents for quarterly and yearly safety bonus, equal out 58 to 60 cpm (as if we work for a whole year) . im not sure if im understanding the pay. im still talking to cj and maybe joining the end of this month
