    What kind of incentives do dispatchers get for their drivers staying?? It has to be something! Or are they let go after losing so many?? What's the deal there? You can clearly see that there is SOMETHING going on like that.

    If the megas cared about driver retention, they would pay drivers enough money and bennies to keep them from leaving. Period. They don't care if you quit.

    Why do the DBLs kiss your butt for a while when they hear you're looking at other options? I filled out a generic application online and my dispatcher found out and changed his tune (for a little while anyway...). They have to keep you sweet when necessary. Why is this? They MUST get something out of it...!

    They are probably afraid of getting a bad performance review for losing too many drivers.

    LOL for awhile, means they needed a load or three moved. I suspect any incentive they get is based on their ability to move loads in a timely matter and keep customers happy, The driver just sort of fits in with the plan.
