TEAM OTR DRIVERS $1700+ week per driver + BENEFITS GUARANTEED PAY

Sikes Transport is a small family oriented company that is built by drivers for drivers. We know in this industry that the pay can be extremely inconsistent when you’re running by the mile. So we came up with a solution that would bring steadiness to your life as far as your income goes. We also have attractive incentives to keep you running and put more money into your pocket as well. We run our trucks through Landstar so you will be dealing with myself and my business partner the whole way. From dispatch to HR we’re here to help you anyway that we can. PAY
Starting pay is $215/day per driver guaranteed no matter how many miles you run that day as long as you’re on the truck and ready to work each driver will get the daily rate.
.08 cents / loaded mile to each driver for the week.

PAY RAISES
After 90 days each driver gets .10 cents per loaded mile

After 6 months daily rate goes up to $225/day

After 1 year the each driver gets .14 cents per loaded mile

AA&E (Arms, Ammunition, & Explosives) rates will max out at $250/day .20 cents per loaded mile. Once you qualify and are eligible to haul aa&e we will go over the pay raises for that as well.

BONUS
We will give quarterly bonuses so long as you’re always on time, never have a service failure and hit the gross revenue goal. We want you to hit this goal so we will do everything in our power to get you to it. Minimum bonus amount would be $2500/driver. You will get a monthly update as well so you know how you are doing.

We are looking for dedicated team drivers to run our trucks across the continental 48 states and Canada. We specialize in hazmat and high security freight including AA&E. Minimum requirements are lIsted below.

23 years of age or older

CDL A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement

2+ years of verifiable driving experience

7 years without any major moving violations

10 years without misdemeanors or felonies

10 years without bankruptcy

TWIC card or the ability to obtain one

Passport or the ability to obtain one
